Introducing

Mind, Body, Spirit & Soul

A four-part dining experience that is completely experimental and wildly authentic.

It will weave together: mindfulness practices, connection to time & place, experimental culinary dishes, inspiration to push past what we current believe and hold true, and -perhaps most importantly- be a platform for me to be unapologetically authentically…me. I’m going all out with this one.

Over the years, I’ve explored various culinary concepts that blend art, play, deliciousness, and a deep reverence for the magical world we inhabit. This year is marks 10 years of Planted Cuisine and this series will honor my journey while also looking forward.

This series is an invitation to experience food in a way that is intentional, transformative, and deeply connected. If you’re ready to step beyond the ordinary, I’ll see you at the table.

Why $111.11?

It symbolizes creation, ambition, and stepping into one’s full potential.
At 35, this is the energy I’ve been cultivating and it will be woven throughout this series.

If for any reason you can’t make it, pass the tickets on to someone you know!

LOCATION: This will take place at my place in Traverse City.
Exact address will be sent to those who attend. The intention is that each dinner will take place outside.
If weather is an issue, the dinner will still take place, inside.

DATES, THEMES & TICKET LINKS

MAY 29th: MIND

The mind is the part of us that thinks, analyzes, perceives, and interprets reality. It processes information, makes decisions, and creates meaning from the world around us—it is the bridge between our external experiences and internal reality.

For this experience we will explore both analysis and mindfulness. A balance between examining where we’ve been, where we are, and where we could go through the lens of food, agriculture, and our region. We will integrate mindfulness practices to cultivate groundedness amidst the chaos.

Dietary & Allergy Notice: Ingredients will include chicken & dairy.
Vegan option available.

 JUNE 26th: BODY

The body is the physical, tangible structure of a living being. It encompasses all biological systems—muscles, bones, organs, and nerves—that sustain life and enable movement, sensation, and interaction with the world. The body serves as the vessel through which we experience reality, process emotions, and engage with our surroundings.

In a deeper sense, the body is not just a machine but an intelligent, responsive entity that holds memory, intuition, and the ability to communicate beyond words. It is the bridge between the material and the energetic, constantly adapting, sensing, and shaping our lived experience.

This experience will explore our connection to the land, to our senses, and to our bodies, as well as how disconnected we’ve become. It will be as much about the food as it is about the opportunity to explore these topics openly and with curiosity.

Dietary & Allergy Notice: Will be vegan & gluten-free.

JULY 31st: SPIRIT

The spirit is the non-physical essence of who we are: our consciousness, energy, and true self. It is the source of vitality, life force, and connection to something greater.

For years, I’ve dreamed of blending my love of music and food into one experience. This is finally that moment. The courses will be curated and informed by music. What does that mean? You’ll have to grab a seat to find out. This will include an auditory experience as well.

Dietary & Allergy Notice: Ingredients will include gluten, beef & dairy.
Vegan & gluten-free option available.

AUGUST 28th: SOUL

Beyond personality, identity, and conditioning, the soul is simply you. It is not defined by achievements, status, or roles. It is the raw, untethered expression of your being that longs for freedom, authenticity, and purpose.

August is my birthday month, so this dinner will be a showcase of my favorite dishes and culinary concepts that I’ve created over the years. We’ll also explore the idea that indulgence can be truly healthy while diving into the importance of soil health, nutrient density, and why our global food system is leaving us malnourished.

Dietary & Allergy Notice: Vegetarian with Gluten & Soy.
Vegan & gluten free option available.
