Join us for an evening Wednesday, March 13th from 6-8pm, for a few delicious small plates and delightful conversation! We’ll sample the best local foods Northern Michigan has to offer prepared with care and creativity by Chef Loghan Call of Planted Cuisine.
The evening is designed to showcase the plant kingdom and how creative you can get with different dishes, flavors, textures and more while keeping things healthy and filling.
Chef Loghan will touch on many different topics related to food and farming from where we are to where we'd like to be. From local to organic to conventional to convenient, there is much to be said about food in our culture. We want to hear from you – your struggles, successes, challenges and concerns while tasting seasonal fare from our neighboring farms. Food for thought, food for health, food for life! Tickets are $20 each!
